Our Background:

GiJay Estate Agents previously known and operated successfully as Raine & Horne, Mt Gravatt Central from 2007 to 2012. In Dec 2012 the association with Raine & Horne marketing group was terminated and we still conduct business at the same address.

This name change gave us independence, ability and freedom to move quickly and meet market changes to best serve our clients.

Our Logo:

GiJay logo became the NEW IMAGE and was chosen to best reflect our values. The NEW IMAGE is a symbol for the future of Mt Gravatt for courage, strength, pride, diversity to assist clients to buy a new home to raise their family.

Our Location:

We have operated from 1399 Logan Rd, Mt Gravatt in the business hub of Mt Gravatt. This location places us central for the traditional suburbs we serve which proves convenient for sellers and buyers, and is close to the access road to Mt Gravatt Lookout and the historical Tram Terminus.
