Opening under the Ray White banner in 2010, Kieran Lynch has reaped the rewards of his courage and foresight in bringing one of Australia’s leading brands to one of Melbourne’s fastest developing southern Bayside locales. Since the early days, Kieran has built a strong business providing both property sales and rental property management services. Having been awarded AGENT OF THE YEAR for Moorabbin in the 'Rate My Agent Awards', as well as having the highest number of sales and being the most recommended agent for Moorabbin, Kieran is definitely one agent to watch.

Offering an enduring mix of a recognised brand (one in ten homes sold in Australia are sold by a Ray White branch) and strong local knowledge, Kieran has seen business solidify its position in a crowded local real estate marketplace – with business increasing three-fold and his team tripling in size.

But it’s not just about the strength of a well-known brand, its systems and its successes, Kieran attributes a significant portion of the growth of his business to the strength of the local market. One of Melbourne’s most tightly held locales, Moorabbin and surrounding suburbs have undergone a renaissance in recent years with major new development and increased appreciation for the existing stock of established family homes bringing real gains to Kieran’s clients. 

As Director of Ray White Moorabbin, Kieran is intimately involved in both the sales function and the property management service. Equally at home resolving a tricky tenant/landlord relationship as negotiating a record-breaking sale, Kieran’s approach accepts no second best. He stakes his reputation on his ability to deliver an exceptional result – whether that’s finding a tenant with minimal vacancy-time or achieving an above reserve result.

“Exceeding our clients’ expectations is our highest priority” says Kieran. “Whether it’s negotiating a sale price well above reserve, or meeting with clients at the time that suits them best, I aim to work harder, longer and, most importantly, more effectively than the rest. If that means putting my suit back on after I’ve been at footy training or spending two hours around the negotiating table after an auction to tease out the best price, that’s what I do.”

Educated at Xavier College and a local resident for most of his life, Kieran is committed to the community, and is always keen to find ways to fit sport, sociability and local spirit around his professional commitments. For instance, now he is no longer to able to fit in the time to play and train for football, Kieran coaches a junior team at East Brighton Junior Football Club. And, while social engagements are never seen as an obligation by this easy-going agent, he’s always happy to use social time to extend his ever-growing network of vendors, buyers, tenants and landlords.
