There’s a well-known saying ‘behind every great man is a great woman’, and certainly this is spot on in relation to Registered Agent Kim Buultjens, who works alongside her husband, Licensed Agent Jeremy Buultjens, to deliver exceptional service and outstanding outcomes to their clients across all market conditions and in all circumstances.Kim has been part of the Buultjens teams since Jeremy commenced in real estate, working in a support role in the background, prior to taking things to the next level, where she is now heavily involved in all aspects of the sales process from prospecting, listing, negotiation, administration, and marketing.A former business owner/operator of her own company, and an award-winning Chef, Kim is equipped with the skills and experience needed to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; always keeping calm and focussed, and able to deal with challenging situations with solution-based lateral thinking.One of Kim’s greatest strengths is her ability to establish empathy with her clients; she has a genuine warmth and authenticity about her that cannot be faked, placing her in a position of trust - something she values and respects, and does not treat lightly.Kim is an integral part of the Buultjens team and shares the same ethos and commitment to professionalism that the Amber Werchon brand is known for.When not working Kim enjoys gardening, reading, walking, bike riding, and spending time with her family.
