About Kip Marcar - Real Estate Agent
Having grown up in the Foothills, I have a genuine affinity with the area.
As a child, I remember how much fun it was exploring the area and I have really enjoyed seeing Forrestfield and surrounding suburbs thrive to a fantastic place to raise a family.
A strong sense of community has always been very important to me, and the City of Kalamunda has always been a safe community in which to live.
The foothills area has become increasingly popular with young families and I take great pride in showing young couples and families similar to my own.
With close to 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, I spent many years working in partnership with Russel Canestrini, and I continue a fantastic working relationship with him along with the many long-term relationships I have built with local businesses and residents.

I am a change specialist – a lot of my clients are either making their first upgrade, or ready to downsize now that the kids have grown and left the nest.
