Kowhai began her career in property management in 2023 as a PM Assistant and quickly discovered her passion for the industry. Since then, she has been learning and growing every day and is excited to continue building her career in real estate.
Describing herself as organised and approachable, Kowhai thrives on problem-solving, stays calm under pressure, and is committed to keeping things running smoothly for both clients and tenants.
What Kowhai enjoys most about her role is the variety, no two days are ever the same, and the opportunity to connect with different people while helping to resolve real challenges.
Before entering real estate, Kowhai spent more than 10 years as a professional freelance makeup artist, which reflects her creativity and keen eye for detail. Outside of work, she enjoys watching true-crime documentaries, caring for (and keeping alive!) her indoor plants, and spending quality time with her family.
