Sam and Peter established Kunama Property Group in 2015 when they began investing in property.

They bought undervalued, underdeveloped sites all over Greater Hobart and began building an extraordinary development pipeline.

But properties don’t develop themselves. They need real estate agents to sell and manage them, architects and sub-consultants to design them, and builders and their sub-trades to realise the vision.

You should also know that developments are complex. Projects don’t manage themselves. People don’t work in concert unless they have a conductor to guide them. And urgent requests can fall to the bottom of someone’s pile if no one is there to keep them on top. You need someone to set a timeline and ensure everyone meets their deadlines.

Kunama was born out of that need, and it was bred to solve all those problems.

It built real estate, architecture, and construction teams so Kunama can function as the project manager for an entire project and ensure it runs on time and within budget.
