Joining the Ray White family in the position of Sales and Marketing Consultant is Sunshine Coast born and bred local, Lachie Woods.

A goal-driven and dedicated agent who is always looking ahead, there’s no guessing why Lachie chose to join the Ray White Maroochydore office. Strong-willed and competitive, Lachie understands what it takes to be successful in the ‘real estate game’ and never shies away from a challenge. Although his determined nature sees him closing deals, it’s Lachie’s love for helping people and building relationships that drives his passion.

His Certificate IV in Property Services and experience as an active sales agent means that Lachie not only understands what a perfect outcome looks like, but will do everything in his power to achieve it for his vendors. Always putting others first, Lachie continues to exceed expectations with his valued client-based relationships and outstanding communication skills. 

Taking an interest in sports teaching and earning his Pilot’s Licence at a young age, Lachie is a man of many talents. It’s no surprise however that when it came to choosing a career, he landed on real estate. Growing up in a family that was involved in designing, building and selling property, it’s only natural that Lachie continues his family’s passion.

A true local, when he’s not spending time with his family Lachie loves to explore the Sunshine Coast region, stay active, play sports, and socialise with friends. Lachie is most valued for his honest, supportive and approachable nature at heart.
