A savvy strategist, gifted communicator, skilled negotiator, and talented auctioneer, Lach prides himself on looking beyond the transaction to the backstory driving it. Grounded in diverse markets from the beginning, he already has nearly two decades of property experience, and applies his broad exposure and deep understanding to devise the best way to achieve the highest result for each client.

As the second generation of what has become a family business, Lach is also responsible for continuing the Castran story—building the brand… extending its market leadership… and ensuring the agency continues to be the steady hand some clients have relied upon for more than 39 years.
