Our administrative offices are located at 1 Greenknowe Avenue, Potts Point in the landmark building “Kingsclere”. Built in 1913, it was the first high rise apartment building in Sydney and was designed by famed architects Messrs. Halligan and Wilton.

Doug Laing (original Director of Laing Real Estate) was closely connected with the building, negotiating its sale to developers in 1994 and subsequently handling the sale of its 17 completely refurbished strata apartments the following year.

Our special retail hub for Reception/Property Management and Sales is located at 101-103 Macleay Street, Potts Point. Its prominent Macleay Street frontage and digital window displays, offers our clients maximum exposure for their property.
