Warrnambool property developer Graeme Rodger began building communities in 1967. His family owned and operated Civil Construction company Rodger Constructions was founded in 1967 and today is just one element of The Rodger Group of companies which manages the entire property development supply chain, from the purchase of raw land, through to planning and rezoning, civil construction and extends right through to sales and marketing.

The Rodger Group of Companies has rezoned in excess of 947 acres of their own residential land which equates to approximately 2237 lots. To date they have built 1732 of those lots with another 245 currently under construction, 260 left to build and 400 under rezoning. The Rodger Group has also developed various commercial interests from hospitality venues such as hotels, motels and caravan parks, to sporting complexes.

Sam Stevens has been directly involved in property development for 23 years beginning his career in property development at the coal face of construction as a commercial plumber supervising drainage and road developments on residential subdivisions around South-West Victoria.

Sam shifted into the real estate industry in 2011 specialising solely in residential land sales. Since then, he has nurtured in excess of 1000 clients through their land buying journey. As a licensed Land In Warrnambool Real Estate Agent, he is dedicated to delivering a down to earth, open, honest and transparent experience to buyers in his local market. Complementary to this role, he is the property development manager for the Rodger Group and is responsible for overseeing the property development supply chain in regards to development planning and subsequent delivery of lots. Sam's experience in and understanding of the land delivery lifecycle is of significant benefit to purchasers and his service often extends beyond the sale and into their home building journey given his close connection to conveyancers, land owners, civil contractors and builders.
