Full of energy and always available to his clients 24/7, Lawrence is absolutely passionate about real estate and his longstanding relationships with both vendors and buyers are testimony to this.

Prior to joining Marshall White Boroondara as a Sales Executive Lawrence had a solid 9 years experience in residential and commercial sales. His Diploma of Building and Construction following a Bachelor of Tourism, have been particularly helpful in his work in marketing and selling off the plan apartments.

Lawrence is fluent in both Mandarin and English, and his warm, friendly manner immediately makes his clients feel at ease. He prides himself in offering excellent customer service and is diligent in providing a detailed written report weekly as well as calling regularly. This thorough communication not only makes the selling process hassle free but contributes to a great result each and every time.

Outside of real estate, Lawrence loves spending time with his wife Coco and children, Helene and Lee. The family enjoy soccer at CBD United FC where Lawrence is president and he is also a respected parish council member of St Timothy’s Anglican church.
