About Leon Zuidema - Real Estate Agent

“Leon Zuidema was born and raised on a dairy farm in country Victoria, he attributes much of his mindset and work ethic to lessons learned on the farm at an early age.

Leon is the youngest of five children, and jovially points out that this has certainly helped to establish where he stands in the family pecking order – “dead last”.

Leon is both proud and joyful in this admission as it has been a helpful reminder to stay humble. He is very close to his family; his parents Helen and Rolf as well as his four siblings – Luke, Justine, Kenneth and Lauren.

Leon was married at the age of 29 to his wife Vanessa – he claims, “his greatest achievement”. They live together in their family home in Langwarrin, and they both feel very grateful to live in such a safe, beautiful and family friendly area.

Family and Faith is at the heart of what is most important to Leon. His conviction is that these are the two most important facets of his life. It is this belief that enables him to find contentment, direction and drive in life and in his work.

Leon has a double degree in business (marketing and management) as well as in outdoor education, obtained at Frankston Monash University.

He has worked as a real estate agent since 2014 and has developed a strict philosophy on how to approach work. His mantra is to “treat others how you would like to be treated” and to “be polite, professional and productive”.

Leon has developed a passion for the real estate industry over many years of successful, dedicated work and service.

His advice to people entering the real estate industry is to “drive a modest car, and do a bloody good job for people – the rest will work itself out”.”
