About Leonie Wells - Real Estate Agent
I was introduced to Real Estate back in 1992 when I first started out as a Holiday Letting Agent on the Mid North Coast of NSW. This was a great introduction to the goings on of a real estate office. I spent over 5 years there and eventually moved into Residential and Commercial Leasing where I learnt so much more. Since moving back to Sydney in 1998, I successfully ran 2 large rent rolls for 2 very prominent Franchises. In 2003, I decided I wanted to offer a different type of service to real estate clients. I felt there was a real need for a more personal, one on one type of service. I realised that the majority of clients wanted someone who had a hands on approach. They could call me and ask any question about their property and it was a one stop shop. They were no longer being passed around between 2 or 3 persons to find out a simple answer to their questions. So my Boutique Agency, Wells Real Estate has been operating in Milsons Point for over 20 years and I love coming to work everyday. What a beautiful part of the world to work. I have many long standing and loyal clients and have really made a mark in the Lower North Shore. I feel I can offer my clients a different experience from the one which is being often offered by large companies where you can easily "get lost" in their systems. I hope to continue to support the people of this area by showing them a very personal service where they feel comfortable giving me their investment to look after so I can keep showing them a good return on their investments.
