Principal Les Debreczeni is a true real estate professional, having dedicated 49 years of his life to the craft. Les has a renowned reputation of working in the vendors’ interests, possesses vast knowledge and experience from working in all market conditions and conducts his business with honesty and integrity. Community support is integral to his values and in turn, his business, which is the result of having lived in 2234 himself for the last 38 years.After finishing university studies in 1974, Les was soon the co-owner of a successful agency, which expanded into 5 offices. In 1984 he helped pioneer the foundation of the Professionals Real Estate Group in NSW, in which there are now over 300 offices through Australia and overseas. An interesting fact about the beloved principal is that Les could have quite easily ended up on a different path. In his final year of an Accounting and Financial Management degree, Les took a part-time job in real estate sales to subsidise his studies, and he hasn’t looked back since! Les is an extremely hard worker, though in his spare time spends time with his family, including his 5 children and 5 grandchildren, plus the occasional drive in his 70’s sportscar.During his time in the industry, Les has won a swag of awards, including the Rate my Agent ‘Most Recommended Agent’ for the last 4 years running. Les has also set numerous sales records but he believes nothing can top the feeling of satisfaction knowing that families achieve their real estate dreams.
