Lethanyal started his Real Estate career as our School Based Trainee from 2020 to 2022. With impressive people skills and a drive to provide the best experience and result for his clients, he has recently become our newest Sales Associate under the wing of Peter Sayers.

As his high school journey comes to an end, his Real Estate career is just getting started and Lethanyal is very ready to assist in any way he can.

His key focus for the start of his career is to help as many members of the community as possible, whether that be market updates or even just a friendly chat, you’ll often see Lethanyal around town knocking on your doors, filling your mailbox, or giving you a friendly call to touch base and meet new people.

Lethanyal completed his Certificate III in Real Estate Practice in 2022 and obtained his Certificate Of Registration as an Assistant Agent in Real Estate and Stock & Station. He is currently working towards his Certificate IV to qualify him to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent and give him additional knowledge to better assist his clients.

Lethanyal’s drive is to ensure everyone’s interaction with LJ Hooker Wingham is a pleasant one and is determined to connect with as many people as possible to become one of Wingham’s highly trusted and well-known agents.
