Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same is what I love about my job. For over 8 years I have enjoyed working at Snow in the Property Management team. Originally from Western Australia I had a successful career in the hospitality industry where organisation skills learnt from co-ordinating large scale events has certainly equipped me with what I do now.

For me the team is what makes Snow property management so successful. I also believe it’s a huge benefit for our clients that we manage individual portfolios. This gives us a chance to get to know our landlords, tenants and properties very well. I am regularly speaking with clients not just about their real estate needs but checking in on family life and as an animal lover hearing about the house hold pets.

My owners and their assets are my top priority, while also balancing that my tenant’s needs are met. My simple piece of advice for investors is its vital to secure the right person for the right home from the start.
