Throughout my extensive career spanning three decades, I have immersed myself in various facets of the industry, including residential sales, property management, auctions, and commercial/industrial property management. With a deep passion for delivering world-class service to my clients and customers, I possess a unique ability to think outside the box and employ creative marketing strategies to achieve exceptional results.

In 2021, I purchased a property in Kurri Kurri reconnecting with my family roots in the coalfields and establish a strong presence in the local community. My familial ties to the area run deep, with three generations of my father’s side residing here and 10 cousins who still call Kurri Kurri home. The Osborn name is well-known in the trotting industry, thanks to my hugely successful uncle, Dick (R R Osborn), who secured Hunter Valley awards for an incredible 20 consecutive years. Additionally, my grandfather, Harry, and great-uncle, Sel Osborn, played a pivotal role in laying the foundation for the Maitland Trotting Club many years ago.

They say it takes 30 years to truly become a local in a town, but my experience in Kurri Kurri has been different. I have quickly formed deep connections within the community, and this wonderful town has warmly embraced me. My partner, Noel, and I have swiftly established great friendships, and his business, Noel’s Yard Care, is thriving in this welcoming environment. Furthermore, Noel’s maternal family, the Rosses, also have strong ties within the community.

The opportunity to lease an office space on Lang Street, previously occupied by Sylvester Real Estate, was a serendipitous moment that felt destined to happen. Real estate flows through my veins, and I am thrilled to serve the community and revolutionize the game!

As a landlord myself, with multiple investment properties and a home of my own, I possess a firsthand understanding of the needs and perspectives of both property owners and tenants.

Being based in Kurri Kurri, I am fully dedicated and available to serve my clients seven days a week. My commitment to being present and accessible underscores my unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service to the community.
