We recently sold our investment properties through LJ Hooker Caringbah and Richard Tsotras looked after us. Richard was very pleasant and efficient to deal with. From the first meeting, Richard explained the process and gave us realistic timeframes and appraisals. No question was left unanswered and no detail was too much for him to attend to. He promptly answered our emails and phone calls and arranged all relevant paperwork and sign offs. Richard was always very transparent, professional and approachable. He kept to his schedule even when it meant that he had to go from one point of the city to another as both properties were located in opposite geographical areas. It is certainly an asset to have a Real Estate Agent that is well informed but it is even better when you can build a trusting relationship with your agent. Richard is our agent of choice and we will not hesitate to work with him again.
