Born and raised on the Central Coast, Lochlan has been a proud resident of Toowoon Bay for over 20 years. A local through and through, Lochlan attended OLR Primary School, St Edwards College & Tumbi Umbi High School, culminating in a graduation from The Entrance High School in 2021. This deep connection to the community along with the many relationships he has created serves as a cornerstone in Lochlan's approach to real estate.
During & following high school, Lochlan explored various career paths, gaining valuable experience in customer service through bartending, waitering & construction work. These roles helped Lochlan's interpersonal skills and fostered a passion for engaging with people from all walks of life.
In 2022, Lochlan was given the opportunity to join McLachlan Partners as a trainee to learn all sides of the industry. This decision was driven by his interest in real estate and the desire to create meaningful connections within the community. Lochlan has already gained significant insights into property management and sales, further fuelling a passion for the industry that we look forward to him continuing his learning & experience with his career choice.
Real estate runs in the family for Lochlan, his father Brent Speechley is one of the leading sales agent at McLachlan Partners who also joined & learned as a trainee back in 1995. This family connection has provided Lochlan with a unique perspective on the industry from a young age. Now working alongside his Dad, Lochlan is not only continuing a family legacy but also bringing a fresh and enthusiastic approach to the field.
