Louise is a remarkable and dynamic real estate representative / property manager who is determined to challenge the norms and stereotypes associated with the profession. In a short time, she has managed to become an integral part of her team and has established herself as a valued member and leader.
Louise's journey in the real estate industry began in 2012 when she started working as a settlement agent. In 2013, she obtained her Diploma of Conveyancing, which provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal aspects of real estate contracts and property sales.
Her interest in the industry was sparked by her partner's (now husband's) passion for real estate back in 2008. After the birth of their first child, Louise pursued her studies with REIWA (Real Estate Institute of Western Australia) and obtained her Sales Registration in 2016. Initially, she assisted her husband, Nathan Frisina, with home opens and administrative tasks while taking care of their two young daughters.
However, she progressed to independently listing and selling properties across the Perth Metropolitan region in 2012.
In 2024 Louise is now developing a new Property Management Portfolio within the office, where she is growing the portfolio independently and thoroughly enjoys meeting landlords and meeting their high expectations.
