Born in Ethiopia where her father was working for the United Nations, Louise spent her early years in the Caribbean, before attending boarding school at Geelong Grammar and completing her Tertiary education at RMIT. Now the mother of Secondary School-age children, she says the importance of broad experience and extensive travel cannot be over-rated...it's all part of the open-hearted world view that is inherent to her outlook and her success.
