With a background in the construction industry, Luke was attracted to the conception to completion process of marketing residential developments off the plan. From 2001 through to 2014, Luke worked with 2 of Brisbane’s major project marketing agencies, including Position Property. During this period, Luke worked on many of Brisbane’s premier residential developments typically located within a 10km radius of the CBD.

In 2014 Luke was appointed residential sales manager of one of Brisbane’s leading development groups and in just over 2 years, managed the successful settlement of 147 apartments and achieved over 370 off plan apartment sales (worth $190Million) across three residential buildings through direct and Alliance Partner sales channels.

Luke has helped thousands of people secure their new property across a wide range of product in a variety of locations. Returning to Position Property in 2017, Luke continues to establish and grow close working relationships with Alliance Partners and Developer Clients, while driving skills and performance upgrades with the sales team.

Working with many of Brisbane’s premier Developers, Position Property controls a wide variety of quality new and off-plan residential product across Greater Brisbane.
