Lyndon is a born and bred West Australian with many years of business experience and knowledge of the Real Estate industry having operated from 1989 and years before as an avid investor/developer and experienced ups and downs with market crashes, booms, busts with interest highs and lows, not to mention GFC’s and the Asian Money Crisis.

We can never accurately predict the future and only pundits try with marginal success and everyone is wise with hindsight and Lyndon’s advice can be of value before the crisis.

Lyndon started work in the Building Industry in a family business and has qualifications that provide an intimate broad knowledge about residential buildings, commercial and high-rise construction, having built concrete tilt up to masonry cottages, group housing and done his own land subdivisions.

Lyndon has always been pro-actively involved in the respective industries around Building and Real Estate, being for some years an apprentice representative and an original director for a long running Group Apprenticeship Scheme in an endeavour to encourage more and better training for tradespeople.

Never one to sit back, Lyndon gives it all and is always available to offer solutions and help clients to achieve their ultimate goals.

His term as a Capital City Councillor serving on many committees, not only, but in Budget and Finance, where through his business activities and not as an accountant, has identified discrepancies and has personal interest in compliance. Auditing and Finance
