Madison Yates is Sales Associate to Joanna Gianniotis at Place Camp Hill. Growing up in country NSW, Madison first commenced his Real Estate career through a school-based traineeship, after moving to Palm Beach on the Gold Coast in 2009. After completing his high school education, Madison’s strong eye for the industry grew, where this developed into a passion for people and property. Madison has an extensive knowledge of real estate, spanning from his experience across several sectors including Business Development, Sales and Property Management. This has been proven by his ability to achieve results above and beyond for his client’s whilst assisting them with their most important asset. Madison has also previously worked in retail banking, which has forged an understanding in the importance of creating and nurturing relationships with his clients. Madison also has an extensive knowledge in the construction industry, working for a leading Brisbane inner-city custom home builder, within the luxury home space. This applied further knowledge to Madison’s experience, selling architectural custom homes, land and projects off-plan, whilst guiding clients with their options on new construction within local government area / council guidelines.
