Magnolia May Property is owned by Principal Lawri Jones. Lawri is a local Lockyer Valley girl who loves all things property and she is super excited to open her very own agency in Walloon township. The new office in Queen Street will be opening in early March, so make sure you pop by and say hello.

When Lawri first started in real estate she adopted a simple strategy – one which has been the cornerstone of a successful career to date. For her it’s always been about people, not houses.

Lawri comes from a service industry background – and it shows. Her aim is to make the property process stressless rather than stressful and her cheerful, happy demeanour goes a long way to achieving that – proof positive being the fact that 95 per cent of her sales come from repeat business.

After a varied history in real-estate over the past 8 years, Lawri as been able to fine tune the art of making the real estate transaction smooth and painless for buyers, seller, landlords and tenants.

People mostly love Lawri's down to earth, friendly nature. She prides herself on building relationships with clients and maintaining open channels of communication. She gets to know her clients well and will work hard to help you achieve your next goal - whether it be buying, selling or investing.

Her goal for the new office is to become a hub of information with referrals' to insurers, mortgage brokers, accountants and other professional's required to ensure a positive outcome for all locals.
