Manuel Vlandis is an experienced and fully qualified estate agent who is well known and respected in the industry and by hundreds of clients that can attest to his professionalism. His commitment to continuous improvement allows him to deliver the highest possible standards for his clients.

Manuel began his career in real estate sales in 1988. In 1992 he became a Licensed Real Estate Agent and since then he has continued to improve his knowledge and service offering through experience and various real estate training courses and seminars.

Prior to becoming an agent, Manuel completed an Economics Degree at the Australian National University, before then joining Deloitte, where he spent the next five years as an accounting professional and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Manuel has a wealth of knowledge in finance, taxation and business management and has a special ability to take complex subjects and translate them into simple, easily understood concepts. This proven approach and his experience across different industries is what sets him apart as a property advisor.

Manuel is active in the development of other salespeople and regularly presents training sessions at Independent. With a high level of attention to detail, Manuel enjoys educating his vendors on effective ways to maximise their selling price. His high rate of repeat and referral business from previous satisfied vendors reflects his expertise in presentation and marketing, and his commitment to reliable, honest communication with his vendors.

Outside of work, Manuel keeps himself sharp through power walking and cycling, as well as travelling when time permits. Family is a priority for him, and he loves spending time with his wife Helen and their two children.
