Marco is the founder of Melrose Estate Agents.

Since 2013, Marco has worked alongside some of Australia’s wealthiest families.

An extensive background in construction lasting 10 years, at the age of 20 Marco was managing building sites with over 500 men at a time directing and pushing projects to meet deadlines for some of Sydney’s biggest property developers.

By the age of 26 Marco was leading a building company as the CEO of the company with an annual turn over of $350M.

At the same time Marco became a private representative to 3 of Australia’s wealthiest families, finding them opportunities to buy office buildings, or lend out their money to other developers.

This has given Marco an arsenal that will enable Melrose to expand in sought after locations across the country.

Marco owns Melrose Estate Group, and Melrose Property Developments, Partnering with our Principals in business rather than a franchise model is something that also gives value to our principals, Marco gets in the trenches and builds offices with our principals.

Marco is leading Melrose in a way we believe the industry has never seen, helping his agents buy real estate, think differently, and build a better life for themselves, next his focus is customer service and bettering that part of our business daily.

Marco’s main goal is to build long term relationships and lead the expansion of Melrose Estate Agents, our network, and to help our members grow and build a successful career.
