As well as hard work, this enables her to appreciate her property management clients more than most property managers ever will, and know how the full end-to-end process works.
Being an investor herself, Margie also knows how important it is to run mortgages, collect rent, pay bills efficiently and all of the other details that make a successful property investment strategy.
