Working in the real estate industry for over 30 years, Maria is a local resident who knows the Bayside area like the back of her hand. Being a part of the company since 1995, over the years she has had a hand in all aspects of the office from Property Management, Trust accounting, Reception and Sales Support. You would probably call Maria, our “all rounder” who can turn her hand at anything that is thrown at her.

Maria leads a team of six Property Managers and feels that it’s very important to support and nurture her team and clients to ensure they are at ease with any challenges that come their way. Property Management has now become Maria’s passion and she enjoys the day to day tasks that make her job so interesting.

Her attention detail is of utmost importance and communication with her clients is the key to a happy business relationship. She has an abundance of local knowledge and finds great satisfaction in giving the best service possible to her clients. In her spare time Maria loves to travel, go to the movies and spend time with her very large extended family.
