About Marion Nielsen - Real Estate Agent
Marion is a dedicated Real Estate professional and licensed agent and was one of the youngest to attain her registration.
She commenced her real estate journey in July 1981 and has stayed true to the industry for over 40 years. Marion is passionate about real estate and although has a wide breadth of knowledge in all areas of property, she concentrates her expertise on property management. Her goal is to provide the best property management experience to Landlords and Tenants alike, bringing the relationship together to benefit both parties.
During her over 40 years in the industry, Marion has seen and implemented many changes in property management, sales, body corporate management, and information technology, just to name a few. She has grown with and embraced all the industry changes.
Her excellent communication and organisational skills together with her passion for property management make her the perfect person to oversee the day to day dealings of the Property Management team. She has the experience to answer all those impossible real estate-related questions, and the skills, dedication, and interest to answer any, and all, queries and will be sure to respond and research any queries that she cannot immediately answer. There is not a lot Marion hasn’t seen or experienced in property and has many stories to share.
Marion’s breadth of knowledge, particularly in real estate legislation, has seen her provide telephone support for the ACT Lessor Advisory Service, as well as general property management advice to industry colleagues and the general public.
She is actively involved in commercial letting and body corporate management, as well as day to day residential property management.
Over the years Marion has mentored many staff and provides invaluable advice to those wishing a career in Real Estate. She strives to bring the best out of her team members and is not afraid to coax them out of their comfort zone while offering them the safety of solid support.
