I have been successfully selling property on the Central Coast since 2002, more recently being awarded in 2017 a top 3 Sales Agent with LJ Hooker on the Central Coast, while I was constantly in the top 15% Australasia. I choose to become apart of the dotcom Property Sales group in 2018 so I could take my career and client service to the next level.

Equipped with social skills that put anyone at ease and backed by my professional real estate sales experience, I’ve created a solid offering for vendors that want to get ‘dream results’ on the sale of their next property.

Many people ask me what got me into ‘real estate’? The answer to this ironically is my personality and not because I ‘love houses’ or ‘love to sell’.

I say ‘ironically’ because I’m not your typical salesman and I don’t fit a stereotype ‘sales person’ however my ability to quickly build genuine rapport with people, happily be a ‘go-to’ helpful neighbour that knows everyone in the street and authentically be motivated to help people has proven a winning fit as a real estate agent.

I have a passion for building strong relationships and bringing buyer and seller together in a smooth and successful property market transaction guided by my traditional values. A refreshing change some say within the ‘real estate’ scene and it’s driven me to launch my own Real Estate Agency: Mark Anderson Dotcom Property Sales.

I know the Central Coast property market like the back of my hand and I’m an active member in the local community! Born and bred on the Central Coast, I am a strong ambassador for the amazing lifestyle and I have raised my own family here. Immersing myself in the Central Coast property market and advocating it to prospective buyers both local and those outside of the region is easy when you are its number one fan.

I am driven by continual self-improvement both within my profession as a real estate agent, business owner and my life including being an active participant in local sporting organisations.
