Perth born and bred, and with a passion for the property market, Mark has over thirty five years’ experience in real estate, most of which he has spent running his own successful business.

Mark has a particular passion for property, and has personally invested in numerous properties and developments all over Western Australia. Known for his business acumen, Mark is both a savvy investor and strategic planner. Over the last three decades he has successfully advised countless Perth residents on creating passive income and security through property.

Mark is a regular public speaker, presenting to industry groups, related professional bodies and within the Mark Hay investment education seminar series and workshops. Mark was also nominated and elected as a REIWA Councillor for 2021.

In leading his own real estate team, Mark aims to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for his clients, based on his personal mantra of living life with "Positive Energy & the Right Intent", his team is the only agency in western Australia covering every single aspect of property matters including; residential, commercial, rural, investment, premium properties, project developments, subdivisions, residential, commercial and strata management and finance.

Testimony to Mark's enduring passion is the high number of team members who have been with or have returned to renew their journey with Mark for over 10 and 20 years.

For Mark, his only passion greater than property, is his family. He enjoys spending as much time as he can with his five children, escaping to outback Australia, pursuing ultra-sports and traveling the world.
