Since about 10 years of age, Mark has been interested in real estate. He says he was the product of parents who were “always looking at what was for sale” to get ideas. Buying his first property at 21, Mark was destined for a career in the real estate industry, completing his sales registration in 2005.

Prior to real estate, Mark has spent over 20 years in the Information Technology business; involved in developing Client Relationship systems. Years of listening to clients I.T. requirements served as a good foundation for his real estate career. “There are certainly some similarities” Mark says. “Listening to the clients’ requirements, understanding their needs, and then implementing the best system is not that different to the process we go through in real estate. It is a case of listening first, suggesting appropriate strategies, then agreeing and implementing the best course of action for the client.”

Mark has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of real estate and is always ready to assist you in any way he can. He is customer service focused and prides himself on providing a high level of communication feedback, exceptional marketing, and on-going follow up support to his clients. His credo is “not promising more than he can deliver, and always delivering more than he promises”.
