By 2009 he was named Rookie of the Year, the years since seeing him consistently placed amongst an elite handful of the company's top performing sales consultants. In 2013 Mark was named Number 1 salesperson in the zone.

While the fact that Mark excelled very quickly is testament to his natural flair for customer care and astute sales and negotiation capabilities, he's quick to acknowledge the combined efforts of the award-winning team at O'Brien's.
