I have worked across a broad range of Land Estates that have been successfully marketed under the L J Hooker Brand throughout South East Queensland. 

I have also worked on many boutique subdivisions providing sales solutions with good attention to detail to capture many sales opportunities for those developers and respective estates.

Additionally I have good experience maintaining sales offices for corporate developers master planned communities such as Australand, Stockland and Peet Ltd.

I take pride in being able to provide a high end service both as an individual Estate Manager or as part of a proactive team bulletproofing rates of sale. 

Currently I cover the sales and marketing of several boutique estates with a great market response received to date.

I work seamlessly with the builders networks that are providing home solutions for all types of buyers enquiring on these estates ensuring that integrity of estate specific enquiries made on the individual estates at all times.

I am always ready to meet any developer that may require face to face time to discuss strategies to move forward on different components related to their individual Estate rollouts or aged stock items.
