Winston Hills was largely rural until the mid-20th century. Many of the properties are single-level brick homes, built in the 1960s and 1970s, which are ideal for growing families. It’s a safe, friendly suburb with easy connections to employment hubs in the city, Parramatta, North Ryde and Macquarie Park. There’s a great choice of schools in the area and having the renowned Westmead Hospital on our doorstep is a huge benefit for the whole community.
A new wave of younger buyers is moving into the area and building or buying modern, two-storey homes. A lot of them have grown up here, their parents are still here and as the older generation looks at downsizing locally, there are excellent opportunities for anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
