Matt started his real estate career in 2001, he has followed in the footsteps of his grandfather who was also a very successful real estate agent in Ipswich. The Boettcher name is synonymous with Ipswich real estate, with many of Matt’s family, including his parents, being real estate agents.

Matt has also worked as a sales manager for some of the biggest selling offices in Ipswich for 6 years before concentrating on his own selling business which has culminated in many awards along the way. Since March 2013 Matt has solely concentrated on the Redbank Plains and surrounding areas, the results speak for themselves, 5 years running being the number # 1 individual salesperson. In 2017 Matt made the prestigious A List Agent Group, this putting Matt in the Top 1% of Agents in Queensland.

Matt is a proud father of twins Luke and Jake and baby daughter Asher, he also is community involved especially with the Redbank Plains cricket the south east Redbacks, being a junior coach, player and major sponsor.
