Matt and his family have been part of the Port Douglas Community for more than 21 years and part of the LJ Hooker family for 18 years – and counting. Matt joined L J Hooker Port Douglas in 2004 as an Investment Property Manager. He quickly demonstrated his ability to successfully manage the Property Management Department, as well as the Holiday Letting Department, before commencing his Sales career in 2010. Since that time, Matt has excelled in his sales roll and was eventually promoted to Sales Manager. He has received numerous awards including his membership to the LJ Hooker Diamond Multi-Million Dollar Captains Club - one of the organisation's highest achiever levels which represents the top 2.5% of sales agents across the entire L J Hooker network. And in further recognition of his outstanding customer service, Matt has been a regular recipient of the Douglas Business and Tourism Awards Best Real Estate Agent category. This firmly cements him as one of the specialist sales agents in the Douglas shire. Matt’s relaxed personality, his ability to communicate with both buyers and sellers and his detailed knowledge of the property market in Port Douglas is a testament to the great results he has achieved for his clients over the years. In 2021 Matt became a Co-Director of LJ Hooker Port Douglas.
