“My family has always been into property investing, so my interest in real estate began at a very young age, and I also love assisting people buying or selling their dream home.”

Apart from a bit of part-time hospitality work during his high school years, Matthew Akritidis has been a property professional his entire career.

Beginning his Certificate IV in Property Services immediately after the conclusion of his VCE studies, Matthew became a fully licensed real estate agent at an impressively young age.

Joining the Nelson Alexander team in 2017 as a junior leasing assistant, Matthew quickly progressed to the role of property manager before switching to sales a couple of years later.

Enthusiastic, passionate, reliable and extremely knowledgeable, Matthew continues to impress with an instinctive ability to understand his clients’ needs and how best to achieve those outcomes.

Local to Melbourne’s inner-north his whole life, Matthew enjoys spending time away from work playing soccer, hitting the gym or watching a good game of footy.
