As a proud local, he loves the area’s sense of community and lifestyle. Growing up around Lake Macquarie, the Hunter & Newcastle regions, Matt has also spent many years at their family-owned & operated Mediterranean restaurant in Hamilton which has been a part of Newcastle for over 20 years.
