The Morley family name, with a 110 year history in real estate, are certainly no strangers to the industry. So it’s fair to say that being a 4th generation family member and with over 35 years experience behind him, Matthew Morley not only has real estate in his blood but a reputation as an Auctioneer and Sales Consultant that certainly precedes him and we’re thrilled to have him join our St Kilda team in this capacity.

Throughout his career Matthew has placed great emphasis on building lasting working relationships with all his clients. He believes that his relaxed and friendly demeanour coupled with his hands on approach immediately sets clients at ease, establishes trust and enables him to help them achieve their goals.

Matthew describes himself as an efficient, friendly and hard working person and prides himself on his ability to unite the Vendor and Purchaser to create outcomes that exceed both of their expectations.

Matthew believes that his strong organisational skills and attention to detail together with his ability to communicate at all levels, ensures that he is able to deliver outstanding service to all his clients.

When he’s not working, Matthew enjoys spending quality time with his wife Lucy and their three children -Jack, Lachie & Fred. He also enjoys bike riding, running and golf and spending time socialising with friends.
