Before transitioning into the world of real estate, Matthew spent almost 15 years at sea as a Cruise Director. As he travelled the world, it became clear that Matthew had a passion for meeting and motivating people from all over the globe. This passion clearly translates into his work ethic today as a Senior Sales Consultant at Hayeswinckle.
