Before transitioning into the world of real estate, Matthew spent almost 15 years at sea as a Cruise Director. As he travelled the world, it became clear that Matthew had a passion for meeting and motivating people from all over the globe. This passion clearly translates into his work ethic today as a Senior Sales Consultant at Hayeswinckle.

Matthew is committed to providing exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the real estate journey. Matthew is proud to call himself a Geelong local. He currently lives in Highton with his partner Natalie and two children, Tex and Isla.
