Running up about 80,000 km a year on the road, Max can be out west around Edenhope or working in the local districts around Horsham, Stawell and even Halls Gap where he lives on an acreage out of town. Running 750 crossbred ewes and 20 head of cattle, Max originally graduated from Toolgan Vale training farm Scone and C.B. Alexander College in N.S.W.

About Horsham Rural City Shire
The Rural City of Horsham is a local government area in Victoria, Australia, located in the western part of the state. It covers an area of 4,267 square kilometres (1,647 sq mi) and in June 2018, had a population of 19,875. The region is the site of lakes and a Wimmera River system and in normal seasons is popular with fishing, boating, swimming and water enthusiasts.
