Meagen’s real estate career started at the age of 8years old as she assisted her mother, Michelle McGill with letterbox drops through the streets of West Leederville and the surrounding suburbs.

36 years that have passed since then! Of this Meagen has spent 24 years in real estate, a couple years in finance and just recently 2 years completing a Diploma of Building and Construction (Builders Reg.) receiving a High Achievement Award.

A proud mother of 4 children, one girl and three boys, Meagen and her family have been based in and around the inner city their whole lives with the kids attending West Leederville Primary School and Churchlands Senior High School currently.

Being an honest and approachable personality well connected to the local networks, Meagen believes in total commitment to her client’s property goals and working hard towards achieving them at all times.

Creativity and years of experience in changing markets gives Meagen’s clients an edge, as she is a passionate believer in the old school ethics of an Agent’s role.
