Melinda's passion for real estate stemmed from working Saturdays in her father’s real estate office at a very young age. She would often assist with general admin duties around the office, attend open homes and auctions. The buzz of meeting new people has always excited her, working in this industry allows you to connect with people from different walks of life and build strong relationships based on trust and integrity, which are things she takes pride in achieving both on a professional and personal level. Melina was fortunate to have an incredible mentor in her first role who taught her the invaluable lessons of being process driven with strict time management, the importance of applying a hard work ethic & having the humility to take correction, which still remain at the very core of her profession to this day.

Having come through property management from the ground up commencing in Leasing, Melinda has been able to draw on her own experiences over the years & develop a strong understanding of a clients needs in an ever changing market. This has armed her with a comprehensive understanding of the broader property market allowing her to provide clients with a more holistic and tailored service, and ultimately form a powerful strategy for maximising investment potential.

Overseeing a portfolio of 1400 properties, as Head of Property Management Melinda is driven by a hands-on approach & thoroughly enjoys working closely with the rest of the team from leasing, to business development and accounting staff. With a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, being ‘in the trenches’ with the team further extends that commitment to all our clients through their hard efforts day in & day out, ensuring the same premium service, regardless of how affordable or high end a property may be. In a market that is constantly changing in technology, legislation and other trends as time goes on, working collaboratively allows herself and her team to stay ahead of the game with a level of confidence that arms her to provide clients with a great experience and comfort knowing their investments are being kept in good hands. Melinda's downtime consists of quality time spent with family & friends often over a good feed, travelling the world and a love affair for the great game of football.
