Building a resort and travel agency whilst working with local people to develop their properties into profitable businesses in a developing tourist town close to Bali, yet always keeping an eye on SEQ real estate, Michael enjoyed the best of both worlds.

But when it was time to settle down with a family, there was only one place to be – living in Noosa and working with the team at Tom Offermann Real Estate, the number one property company. Oh and of course great surfing and fishing.

He also acknowledges there is so much more to the region besides its natural beauty, extraordinary coastline, idyllic climate and broad spectrum of amazing properties. He’s totally enamoured with the positivity and activeness of the community and thinks it’s the perfect environment to bring up his family.

Michael is a driven young man who loves connecting with people. He is committed to exceeding expectations and achieving the best result for them plus with the support of the largest team of real estate professionals in Noosa, he believes that’s entirely possible.

“We all work together meaning the vendor has not one, but 23 agents working for them,” explained Michael who lives in Castaways Beach, has a business degree and for 10 years owned a business in an idyllic location similar to Noosa. “In addition, Tom is a wonderful mentor and guide for best practice.

“Working with prestige properties, hinterland homes, stunning waterfront homes and penthouse apartments has been exciting, but the energy of auctions is thrilling. It is such a joy seeing the ecstatic look on both the buyers’ and sellers’ faces at the fall of the hammer.
