About Michelle Bartlett - Real Estate Agent

Michelle Bartlett assumed full-directorship of Blunts in 2019 and relishes the opportunity to expand her 12 year part ownership of the company to see how far she can grow the oldest established real estate office in Lane Cove.

One of Michelle’s core values is ‘family’ and she sees her team at Blunts as an extension of her own. Blunts has always been a family owned business and this was a deciding factor in buying the business from the previous owner, Lorraine Wood.

Michelle’s background is in book-keeping and both real estate sales and property management. Spanning 25 years of real estate experience starting in her native Perth in Western Australia then moving to Sydney in 1997 to support her then husband’s family. After working as a Property Manager in Crows Nest, Michelle co-opened an office in Ramsgate which quickly expanded into Sans Souci before buying Blunts Real Estate.

Michelle is highly personable and her bubbly personality makes working with her as either a client or staff member a real joy! She is very down to earth and passionate about maintaining excellent business relationships with her clients. She values ‘honesty’ above everything else.

What separates Michelle from other experienced agents, is the importance she places on ‘accountability’ as a co-director and ensuring she is ‘contactable’ outside office hours when clients seek her advice. She strongly believes her role is to maintain and improve the value of her landlords’ property investments by maintaining the property itself through consistent repairs and obtaining good quality tenants.

The flexibility real estate provides allows Michelle to care for her three daughters and numerous pets. They all love snowsports and Michelle manages to take bush walks when possible. She loves to travel when work permits either in rural Australia, with the Kimberley’s, Margaret River and Hunter Valley as favourite destinations, or, overseas with a trip in 2023 to Italy with 3 of her girls as an absolute highlight.
