About Michelle Percival - Real Estate Agent

30 years ago, a 16 year old girl working the reception desk of a local real estate firm declared she would one day be the Principal of her own office.

Fast forward to 2013 and that dream has been realised twice over.

Already the franchisee of one of the most successful real estate agencies in the country, Michelle launched in a new direction and applied her expertise and passion to an exciting new venture.

Establishing Percival Property Management and Asset Care in 2010, Michelle and husband Michael have taken their brand from strength to strength and today Michelle Percival is Principal of an agency proudly bearing her own name.

Having already established their credentials in real estate sales and property management, Michelle and Michael grew their fledgling business into one of the largest innovative and organically grown asset management services on the Mid North.

Recognised within the industry as an inspirational leader and an award winning sales person in her own right, Michelle spent three years sharing the helm of the Property Management business as the new business development manager.

Introducing investors to the Percival philosophy and tenanting their properties before handing over the day to day management – Michelle epitomised the passionate, caring approach to property management that underpinned the Percival success.

As has always been the case, Michelle views it as an honour and a privilege to be trusted with the responsibility of helping people achieve their goals whether as a tenant, investor or home buyer.

With a firm goal in sight to provide her clients, and those of her team, with nothing but “excellence in real estate”, the Percival edict is to do so through open and transparent practices.

Michelle believes that by guiding people through the oft-complicated process and providing them with the right advice based on expertise and in-depth market insight, she and her Sales team will deliver the best outcome for their clients under current market conditions.

Michelle’s specialist skills are paralleled by her thorough understanding of the market, her ability to interpret and forecast market trends and most importantly to price accurately.

Her dedication and passion, to property are also equally shared with her family and friends, after a personal health journey that reminded her life is there for the taking.
