It's an old-school work ethic that is born from running a successful business and having to maintain outstanding communication channels on daily basis.

A community-minded family man, he is heavily involved with several local sporting clubs and community groups. He often fills a leadership role in these groups and having two boys of his own, he is very passionate about giving the youth of the area every chance to achieve their full potential.

An active/patrolling member of a local surf club, Mike enjoys training with the early morning ski squad and still competes at the National Titles.
